I?ve never been more disappointed in a Whataburger. I ordered through door dash and the Whataburger is less than 3 minutes away... from my work. The fries arrived hard and cold like they had been sitting there for days. I paid like $3.50 extra for bacon andcheese on my triple meat burger and it literally had like a slice and a half of bacon and one piece of cheese on it. I called totalk to a manager and apparently there was an operating partner that answered. She offered to remake it but didn?t seem toosincere but more annoyed that I was complaining. This place needs new owner or management or something because this isn?t thefirst time it has happened to me and has also happened to one of my co workers who literally didn?t even eat his burger ittasted so old and nasty. Unbelievable!! We have been waiting in drive thru lane on Wednesday night for 50 minutes. incredibly embicilic planning on.part... of management. Per order taker only 3 people on staff this night. OUTRAGEOUS! Its no wonder employees quit with that kind ofmanagement. Got my order and should have checked it. Ordered #2 double meat whataburger and ended up with single patty burgerwith bacon which is less than the double meat. So got ripped off as well. There is no excuse for this. Maybe should check withSec of State for Texas to get owner info for complaint. Read more

I got to experience a true SPIRIT OF TEXAS moment in Whataburger, in my first order of the day... I just needed to get started... with some coffee today, and... After Darlene was so nice to place the order, I realized that I left my wallet in the car. I hadto run out to the car to get my wallet, and when I got back... Another guest had bought my coffee. Of course I was more thanhappy to stay around and get next this order for the rest of my breakfast. Thank you to Darlene, Thank you to the fine lady thatbought my coffee, thank you everyone in Whataburger, & glad to be here in Texas! Read more

The last time I came here I ordered pickup a couple minutes before I arrived and waited about 30 minutes. This time I ordered 30... minutes ahead of time thinking that would ensure my food was ready - giving another chance. However, I ended up walking inside12 minutes after my crubside order was scheduled to be ready and still had to wait probably another 15 minutes from there. Itprobably took at least 6 minutes for someone to even greet us at the counter (with many others standing in line). You couldtell the employees were overwhelmed. I'm not sure if they are just extremely short staffed or if the organization/management isjust that bad. Either way I don't plan on trying it out again until I hear changes have been made. I know Whataburger is knownfor being slow but this location has been worse than the usual. Read more

The people who work late at night (after midnight) are awesome. The lady who takes the orders is always very nice and... professional. The food is better than when you go during the day and I have never had a wrong order. Read more

This place sucks. Every time I come through here (which is seldom) they continually screw up my order. They?re slower than... molasses and have never once apologized for any inconvenience, or extremely long wait. I sat in the drive through one night fora literal 45 minutes with only three cars in front of me. Low and behold, even with the 45 minutes of preparation they allottedthemselves, my order was still incorrect. Whoever runs this establishment, I recommend hiring some new employees with thecorrect capabilities needed to run a fast food drive through. I realize it is not always the employees fault, because I too workin the customer service industry. However, this location is repeat offender of being extremely unorganized and untimely. Read more

This visit was not so good. Real quick you need to double check your order alway when take out anywhere but fast food place... please do. It's so easy for them to always miss something. Food was cold by the time I got home because of all the time Iwaited. My issue that don't have to read it. Long version only. When I got there only 1/2 off my order was ready in my bag butthe lady packing it though it was all. After checking it the lady gave some more of it that was missing. While she was doingthat I check again and still was missing one burger and my drinks and I told her and she got the manager so the manager had togo thru all my order again because she said she had to know which burger was really missing than after telling her she ask forthe receipt check it like 3 time still my order was no ready than I told her about the drink it took for my online order about15 min. More after I got there to be completely ready. Short version check and double check your order because ones you leavethe place sure your not coming back for what they did not gave you. Read more

Not from Texas and we don?t have Whataburger back home, one of the first billboards I saw for Whataburger was for their bbq... chicken strip sandwich, I immediately knew I had to try it. I got a side of ranch (because who doesn?t love ranch & bbq saucemixed, right?!). Yeah, you HAVE to try it! Their fries were okay but I would go back just for the sandwich! Only giving 4 starsbecause the staff wasn?t overly friendly, we kind of felt like we were a nuisance. But seriously, if you like chicken strips,get this sandwich! Read more
