Normally ok but had the *worst* experience here this morning. Ordered on the app a few minutes before we arrived, long line (10... or so cars). Took literally 30 minutes to get to the window, get there and I'm told they're out of plain Bagels for my sausageegg and cheese. I tell them to just get me whatever thinking I'll get an everything or an onion or even a multigrain. They putit on a CINNIMON RAISIN. Seriously? Absolutely the worst choice. The other sandwich we got was missing cheese and was cold. Thehash browns were rock hard and cold. Can't believe we paid $20 to wait 30 minutes for inedible food. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Walked in with my Mom. We were the only ones in there. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter which was fine, no welcome or I?ll be... with you shortly though. When I asked if we were allowed to order inside a girl snapped at us and said ?you gotta be patient weonly two people in here!?. And that?s was fine... except for the fact that she was wasn?t working at all, she was FaceTimingwith someone and saying how cute the dog was.
