Very recent new owners/managers Ron and Jeanette (sp?) are already making improvements. Much better customer service when they... are onsite, as well as correct orders. Normally ok but had the *worst* experience here this morning. Ordered on the app a few minutes before we arrived, long line (10... or so cars). Took literally 30 minutes to get to the window, get there and I'm told they're out of plain Bagels for my sausageegg and cheese. I tell them to just get me whatever thinking I'll get an everything or an onion or even a multigrain. They putit on a CINNIMON RAISIN. Seriously? Absolutely the worst choice. The other sandwich we got was missing cheese and was cold. Thehash browns were rock hard and cold. Can't believe we paid $20 to wait 30 minutes for inedible food. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Walked in with my Mom. We were the only ones in there. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter which was fine, no welcome or I?ll be... with you shortly though. When I asked if we were allowed to order inside a girl snapped at us and said ?you gotta be patient weonly two people in here!?. And that?s was fine... except for the fact that she was wasn?t working at all, she was FaceTimingwith someone and saying how cute the dog was. The other guy just made eye contact with us when we walked in and looked awayquickly. But then again it?s a Dunkin, can?t expect great service. Read more
I love DD's cold brew but avoid this store. The one down the street in Simsbury near Antonio's is much better for wait times and... courtesy of staff. I usually don't complain about staff but she was really snotty today. Made me wait at window forever while aline formed behind me. Then when she finally came to window yelled at me that she was alone and her helper just got there. Isaid to her.. just come over and tell the person waiting. Don't make us sit here and then yell at us. Then she says as I take mycard from her.. don't you grab your card from me. Seriously! Lol Really tired of people with attitudes. Just need to treatothers how you want to be treated. Read more

Consistent quality.... And consistently long drive thru waits. Can't vouch for inside wait times though. Staff is always... pleasant even when they are obviously stressed from being understaffed. Far far far better than the Southwick DnD. Read more
