Every time I go to this location I ask for extra cold foam and every time they fail to put any extra on my drink. This has... happened 3 times to me now. They either see the customization and ignore it or they just don't pay attention. I feel bad holdingup the line so I don't ask for a remake but still.... for $6 the coffee should be made right the first time. Read more

I asked a barrista with shrapnel and graffiti to please turn off what I called noise (and she called music), so I could... concentrate on what I was doing in peace and quiet. She refused. As usual--with all Starbucks coffee shops--humans weren?t theonly guests; a big, black fly continued invading my territory. This Starbucks has become our goto Starbucks in the area for multiple reasons. First, they make a good cup of coffee. Not all... Starbucks are the same and some of the baristas know nothing about how to make an espresso. Another reason is the staff here isfriendly and knowledgeable. I usually come here every morning for my coffee and get the same thing, this morning I went to get my Americano with light ice... and it was only filled half way. I asked if she could fill the extra space and she just crammed it full with ice instead. Myfirst thought was maybe the light water option I selected confused the worker, but all the other employees seem to get my 5dollar drink right. Read more
