Customer Service was awful. I walked in with my family and the older man working was making a sandwich Even though no one was... there probably for a pick up order. While we waited he never looked up or acknowledged we were there. Never said hi or be withyou in a moment. When he waited on us he never looked up at us or said two words aside from "next". Tried to get subs for my family tonight but the store closed early. I was there 20 minutes before the posted closing time. ... This is the third time this store was closed (and i was there 1/2 hour before the posted time), THREE STRIKES and your OUT. I?ll never go to this location again. Makes you wonder, if they can?t keep the store open per the posted time, what othershortcuts do they take? Go to the Simsbury or East Granby locations instead. Never had a problem with either. They need more help. After waiting in line for 10 minutes and the line didn't move, I left.
Old Arab guy didn't know how to make a sandwich he ripped open my bread with his hand then put the toppings on in a way where... everything would fall out once I opened it. Horrible, never coming back. Read more
