Customer Service was awful. I walked in with my family and the older man working was making a sandwich Even though no one was... there probably for a pick up order. While we waited he never looked up or acknowledged we were there. Never said hi or be withyou in a moment. When he waited on us he never looked up at us or said two words aside from "next". Tried to get subs for my family tonight but the store closed early. I was there 20 minutes before the posted closing time. ... This is the third time this store was closed (and i was there 1/2 hour before the posted time), THREE STRIKES and your OUT. I?ll never go to this location again. Makes you wonder, if they can?t keep the store open per the posted time, what othershortcuts do they take? Go to the Simsbury or East Granby locations instead. Never had a problem with either. Old Arab guy didn't know how to make a sandwich he ripped open my bread with his hand then put the toppings on in a way where... everything would fall out once I opened it. Horrible, never coming back. Read more
An error with the app forced us to place the order directly at the store. There was only one person working who was very... professional and nice, but incredibly overwhelmed by the flow of customers. Later we learned the app placed the order despitethe error message. When we got in touch with the manager, he was incredibly rude to me and even said ?the app is not hisproblem?. The shame of it was that we would have simply picked up the extra food if there was no way to cancel it. Instead,this manager made the choice to belittle me and speak with a raised voice. Terrible, terrible customer service by a manager whotold me he oversees 10 stores. Do better! Read more
Went to grab a sandwich at 9pm and they were shut even though the sign stated 9:30pm. The clerk told me his boss allowed him to... close early. Management needs to post new hours or make employees stay till closing. Read more
Subway at most locations is a consistently good experience. This one is no exception, good service with an inviting atmosphere.... The only quibble I could mention is I came once when they had no bread available. I'm not sure what happened, maybe somethinghappened to mess up the previous batch but that was a rare occurrence. I've been to this location dozens of times with out anyother issues. Read more
Do not stop here, $21 for only 1 foot long. Absolutely ridiculous and they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Should've just... kept driving. Theres far better restaurants to stop at and spend $21. Read more
