We have a lovely day in Grand Marais and decided to have dinner at Lola's at the Beach. We ordered Pioneer pizza, Greek Salad... and Wings. Needless to say we did not come home with left overs. Neat store! Seems to have a little of everything. Seems like a good place for locals to consign products to sell.
They make the best lemonade and popcorn. Nice to have a place open late out at the lake. Friendly staff.
Everything in the store costs way too much. They play awfully loud music. I feel bad for the neighbours who gotta hear the same... 60s music over and over and over. When I was there, I saw a deer get scared off by the music. Poor thing almost got hit by a caras a result. TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!! Read more
