This is probably one of the worst Tim?s I?ve been to, but sometimes I just have to go there since it?s my only option. Today,... they forgot my Hashbrown, and instead of a bacon grilled wrap, I got a sausage farmer?s wrap (which I hate, and I don?t like thesausage part either). And my iced coffee tasted old and watery. And this definitely wasn?t the first or only time they?ve messedup the order (and so badly too). If you can go to a different Tim?s, I highly recommend it. It's very strange business schedule for popular coffee store here. On busy summer weekend staff closed shop doors around 8pm and... left only drive through open. Maybe there was a big cleaning coming, maybe there was just a managerial decision but it'sdefinitely not a good example of the customer service in such a busy tourist destination. I'm quitting tims coffee due to their terrible cups. It spills everywhere and goes under the lid and spills all over you. Now... have to change before work. Might as well just make coffee at home too and just save time and money... My regular timmies, goodquick service but unfortunately they never ever ever give you napkins or cream in the Boston creams. This is a consistentproblem that has persisted far too long. I have added it up and they owe my family 3 sleeves of nappies, 5 litres of Bostoncream cream and oh yeah there sugar machine seems off at certain times of the day. Read more
