My family drove in from Indiana to grab some muffins to take over to family we were visiting. Once I walked inside Big Apple... Bagel I noticed flies literally ON THEIR MUFFINS - inside the muffins case! I was greeted and asked if I needed help, Imentioned the flies and the lady said ?yes we?ve been having a problem with flies because we don?t have doors on the muffincase.? (Puke) I told her that ?no I didn?t need help anymore? and she said to me, ?I don?t blame you.? My family won?t beback, this was just a pure disgusting experience. Read more
I stopped in today after a test at the hospital! I ordered a turkey Havarti sandwich on a asiago bagel, then I got a strawberry... cheesecake muffin for my husband! The staff very friendly will tell you to take your time if you have questions I'm not sure thelady that was taking food out to people, if she is the owner but she knows people by name which is great customer service! Their bagels are fantastic and very reasonably priced. There selection of bagels are great! We stopped in on a Sunday morning... and the place was packed! Lots of chatter and fast service! Looked like they have a lot of regulars. So you know a place ispretty darn great when there are repeat customers. Their coffee was hot and delicious. There is plenty of seating both insideand outside (as long as weather is permitting). We went two days, first day I had the BLT (highly recommend), second day I triedthe Lox (personally thought it was overpriced for what you got). My friend ordered a sandwich and said it was super great (theyordered it twice lol). Would absolutely recommend trying this place! So good! Fantastic coffee! Super easy to find off of HollyRd, plenty of parking and they do have a restroom. Read more
Big Apple Bagels has a wonderful variety of bagels, my favorite being sesame. They are really big. The flavor is great. They... also have fantastic muffins!!! Wonderful sandwiches, drinks such as pop, lemonade tea, & coffee. I only know of the one in GrandBlanc. I live in the thumb of Michigan so whenever I can get to there I always get an order of bagels and muffins. I trulyencourage you to pick up some of their wonderful food, you will be glad you did!!
