I came here to pick up a door dash order that was guaranteed and when i went to pick it up, the food wasn't even started to be... prepared and when i tried to talk to the staff they ignored me. Finally, when getting to talk to the manager, i told him thatthis was unacceptable and he told me that i'd be better off going somewhere else in the future. Read more

Our server was amazing she wasn't pushy and wasn't ignoring. She was the perfect mix kept coffee full without bugging us brought... food out made aure we had all we ordered and needed. Wish I could remember her name. GREAT SERVER. Because she was so good gaveher almost a 50% tip. Read more
The only reason I even gave it a two star rating was because the staff was truest trying. On the week of back to bricks they... were out of half the things we tried to order. My husband settled for chicken strips which they were out of so they cut up adried piece of chicken battered and fried it drier. They were also out of cheese so I had warmed up shredded cheese fries. If you've been to Big Boy before you pretty much know the experience and you will receive a great experience here in the Grand... Blanc location. The menu was a little limited from what I remember but other than that the food was excellent! Read more
Was in here with my family after a recent funeral for our uncle and from the moment we walked in the cooks and men working there... did not stop staring at us, I myself have long hair and may appear like a women to a creep. As that's what I gathered was thecase after the stalking continued our whole meal from the cook we were left to feel unbearably uncomfortable, in this period ofan hour this man signaled to multiple other employees to join in on staring and making gestures at me and my spouse along (as wewere the ones visible to the cook). This whole time the manager of the restaurant knew this! After calling out the cook at mylast straw and standing up to walk out I was shoved and challenged to fight by the busser and the manager. I will continue thisin a second complaint as what happens next is disgusting!!!!! And should warrant an immediate firing of all staff who attemptedto jump my family 9+STAFF PHYSICALLY ENGAGED.
