We have been coming to this restaurant for many years. We have become handicap and it is easier to order take out then to dine... in. And for some reason take out is the hardest part of if this job, at our Bob Even. We almost all ways order the same thing.Country Fried Steak W/Mash Potato & gravy W/ vegetables. They never get the order right. My husband likes brown gravy on thesteak and potatoes. I like it with the white gravy. They seen to never get it right, they always but white gravy on my husbandorder. This time they put white gravy on the Country fried steak and brown gravy on the potatoes. They get mine right. I need toknow why they can?t manage to read a ticket and follow detection? Why is the person missing this every time? Why are they notchecking the tickets and making sure it is right. Or why isn?t the person placing the order in the bag, checking it as well? Wehave told them many times, and let them know of this mistake several times. They say they are sorry and do it again, or theygive us a Bob Evens Cash Card so we can call them and order the Country fried steak, so they can do it all over again. It hasbecome really tiring. And sad, that your restaurant in Grand Blanc, Mi. Can?t get it right. Even when Bob Evans pays for themeal. Don?t get me wrong, we really love Bob Evens and we want you to stay in business, but if you keep handing out freebies,you won?t be in business for much longer. Gone are the A&W?s, Bill Knipps, the Big Boys for allowing these thing to happen overand over again. Arrived for breakfast at 9am and waited about 20 minutes which wasn?t bad. Took over 1 hour for our food to arrive. Never ask if... we need anything or even a refill on coffee. Took another 20 minutes to get the bill. Didn?t leave until 11:30 so it took over 2hours just to eat breakfast. Never again!!!! Read more
So yea, not a good time. Service was horrible! We were sat down at our seat and waited for 15 minutes before someone showed up... to see what we wanted to drink. By that time we were all ready ready to order our food as well. She brought us our drinks andnever asked if we needed anything. Another 20 minutes before we get our food and I had to go ask for sugar for my coffee. We getour food and never, NOT ONCE were we asked how things were going and if we needed anything. All of this was after 4 other tableswere served before us that were seated after us. The only thing I can say is props to the cook. Read more
Service was great and food was hot and fresh but wasn't a huge fan of the sauce/dressing. Otherwise it was an excellent salad!... Would definitely eat here again, just will be ordering a different salad dressing. Read more
Inside restaurant food better than take out. Getting take out is terrible. Eggs- I think they found the smallest eggs... possible. Toast- hard burnt and no jelly hashbrowns- nasty, hard, yuck. Stopped into Bob Evans today for breakfast and we ordered the Sunrise meal and two coffees. The total came to a little over... $18. We had dirty utensils and had to ask for an extra set. We had to ask for jelly and French vanilla sweetener. Thewaitstaff was fast and responsive- she could have been a bit more talkative and friendly. The food was delivered quickly andhot. I didn?t care for the hash browns and I should have ordered the toast well done. The meal was more than you would pay forat Leo?s, but the interior of the place is clean and appears it has been updated. Read more
They were very busy,for Veterans Day. The service wasn't up to their usual quality. We understood it was due to the sheer volume... they were serving. The exception I took was to the RUDE nature of the manager. We asked for the right meat and the hash brownfrom my husbands order, she was snotty. There was no need for her attitude. We eat at this regularly,and we were taking all instride. Other than that it was a nice breakfast, for my veteran husband and myself. Read more
