This is the first time I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings. The previous one was in Lansing maybe ten years ago. Personally,... I'm not a fan of sports bars in general. Too noisy and busy for my taste. The service was excellent. Our waitress took goodcare of our large party (seven adults and two kids). The food was "typical" bar fare. My cheeseburger and fries were good. Other folks with me liked their food. My biggest negative of this place was both the tables and menus were sticky in places. Yes, sticky as in dried food and or drinks on them. But overall, this is a decent sports bar. Read more

Awesome chunks of chicken and some with their bones still inside. A carnivore dream all the sauces you can think of and new... flavors on old traditional chicken. Staff is friendly restrooms clean and if you haven't been here in a while stop on by manynew things. Read more

I order a lot of stuff got my ultimate nacho it wasn’t so ultimate. I asked the waitress she said yeah it looks skimpy. Would... u like me to bring u more queso I said yes she brings me a half a cup. I told her to cancel my order and bring me the check.Manger comes over(Dale) said he is refunding the bill I said no u can charge but I been coming here since you opened once ortwice a week what is going on “I can’t answer any question I’m authorized to refund you and those all I’m instructed todo. I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings before and had much better experiences than last night... which is why my husband and I... decided to drive the 30 minutes out of the way to go to this one instead of one closer. The table we sat at was dirty along withmany of the other tables I had seen that were littered with previous customers garbage, so seating was limited right off the batand it appeared no one was in a rush to bus the tables. Our wait time for boneless wings (20 all together) was a good 40 minutesand the restaurant wasn't even packed and it wasn't during their busiest hour. When we received our food, it was cold. Not evenclose to being hot. And the wings looked like they were from the bottom of the bag crumbles, I seriously had maybe 2 pieces ofchicken that were even remotely what would be considered a boneless wing. But we refused to send our food back as we didnt wantto sit for another 40 minutes just to be disappointed again. The only saving grace for this trip was that our server wasextremely friendly and communicative. After this experience though I will definitely not be so quick to drive out of my way forthis place. Ordered the nacho and this was basically a bed of chips with sour cream, bit of cilantro, a few jalapeños. Worst nacho ever,... especially for $9. When I asked the waiter the nacho is lacking lot of things he mentioned it must be the new guys working inthe back but did not offer to correct the issue. Won't be comings back. Read more

They sat more people than they could handle. It took forever to get our food. We had to get it to go. A man from the kitchen ran... our food out falling all over himself apologizing and gave us a gift certificate. That was nice. We get home and open the bagonly to find out they screwed up the order. We ordered traditional and got boneless. Gross. I tried to call 2 different times toget a replacement order and was on hold forever both times. Read more
