Ordered takeout and it was amazing!!! The burrito gigante is huge! Best Mexican food around????????

We enjoyed the food and atmosphere; the service wasn't the greatest though. We had ordered queso for the chips but didn't... receive it until the table had finished the basket, about 10 minutes later. Thankfully, our waitress refilled the basket so wehad a chance to enjoy the cheese. The guy waiter that was working the tables around us was much better as we could overhear hisinteractions with other guests along with how often we saw him attending to them. Read more

I?m gonna start with the good, they are all very friendly and eager help with any questions. The food came out hot and all very... fresh but this was the most boring food I?ve had in a long time. I?m talking no flavor, no spice I?m not even sure they used salt. The salsa was just like tomatoes, no taste of garlic, no taste of cilantro, no taste of lime juice. One more thing theguacamole dip was a runny watery tasting snooze fest. Shredded chicken tacos, Beef fajitas, cheese enchiladas, guacamole salad,guacamole dip, chips and salsa. This place is absolutely reprehensible! I would not advise eating here to anyone! This location operates like a flea market!... They literally present a menu but then randomly charge whatever they please and give you different excuses for doing so it isthe most ridiculous concept I've ever experienced in 35 years of dining! You never know what the items truly will cost on themenu they just charge you whatever they please at random and then tell you oh well the owner raised the prices? If the owner cando that the owner can put at least a sticky note over the prices in the menu to update them for the customer and not randomlychanged them at each visit this is the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant in my life! I literally thought this wasa joke and they were messing with me but they were being serious all I can say is wow appalled! Read more

This was my first visit to El Potrero in Grand Blanc. Every part of the order was messed up. We ordered the Fajita Nachos and... the dish had VERY little cheese. I ordered the Shrimp Enchiladas. There were 3 shrimp in the entire entree. Usually enchiladasare rolled up. This was not the case and all I got was a bunch of grilled onions. So disappointing. I will not return. Read more

My wife and I had dinner here and had a great experience. Very clean and well put together decor create an atmosphere of... authenticity, well I don't know authentic (I've never been to Mexico) but they have created a nice atmosphere. Then the foodcame... with such friendly and prompt service. We had the chicken ranchero and the chimichanga (extra crispy) and I recommendboth. This will be a regular stop for us. Read more

Qe have been here a couple times for take out and been pleased. The tacos mexicanas are a great variety for those that love... tacos and cannot decide. We have also had the fajitas which we great. The service is very friendly as well and that is includinga problem that had to be resolved with not getting all of our order. Read more
