My wife placed an order over the telephone for 2 pies for us and boneless wings for my 4 year old grandson. They delivered bone... in wings instead of boneless. She called back to explain the error and they were rude, said it was her fault and nothing theywould do. They lost my business. Read more

I called to place an order and the person who answered sounded like she would rather be anywhere else than taking my order and... working today. I gave her my order having to repeat several things. The system then "bugged out" as it was put and I had torepeat the order again. They suddenly had the order but in the process did not enter that I requested a later time than asap. Somy food will be early because it was already processed and there was apparently nothing they could do about it. Seems like aflawed system...just don't make the pizzas yet. Read more

We get Hungry Howie's all the time!! Check the 'Deal' category before odering. That helps a lot! Their deep dish & cheesy bread... are amazing!! The workers are courteous & everything is always ready on time. Thanks HH!! Read more

I call in an order for pickup and ask what specials they have. 1 medium 1 topping with bread 6 99. Ok cool. I ask for 2 of... those. A ham and a pepperoni. Reads order back correctly. I get there and only get 1 bread. I say I ordered 2. They show thereceipt and say, is this your name? Yes, but I didn't want 2 medium Pizzas an 1 bread for 20 99. I asked for 2 specials. Againthey ask is this your name. Yes. Then this is what you ordered. I have never felt so dumb in my life being talked to that way. Ijust said thank you and left. I will never come back here, I didn't even have the courage to just order another bread the waythey treated me. Food was good otherwise but the children that work there need serious customer service lessons. Read more

UPDATED: READ YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE SIGNING!!!!! IS THIS A NEW POLICY??? My husband placed an online order for which, he paid... online. When he went to pick it up, a blonde, curly hair kid asked him to sign a receipt. He started to, but stopped when he sawwhat the receipt said..... an added tip for $4 and some change that he didn't ask to be added, wasn't told was added, nothing.He finished signing it figuring if this kid needs an extra $4 so bad he's going to steal it, then he needs it more than we do.But it's the principle. If they add a $4 tip to everyone's order and no one notices, that's a ton of money at the end of theday. As he gave the receipt back he asked a few things like "most people don't notice a tip added on I guess, do they? Do youfeel thats ethical to take peoples money? Don't you think you should do things to earn tips so you don't have to steal them?"The kid said nothing. Just a beware... like I said, I don't know if this is a new policy put in place by hungry howies (and ifit is, we all are in trouble) or just this store with selfish workers taking advantage of customers but either way... READ YOURRECEIPTS!!! Unfortunate. The workers are very nice and always have been. I really do appreciate them. However, my husbandplaced an online order for me to pick up on my way home. He texted me that it was marked "ready" as I was walking into thebuilding. They couldn't find my order. It was in the system, and a girl said she remembered making it but...it was gone. Myhusband at home with 3 hungry kids was incredibly upset. I of course wasn't happy but try to not take things like this out onthe employees. Even if they did do something wrong, people make mistakes. What's unfortunate however, is the way they compensatefor those mistakes. They didnt offer anything until I told them my husband wanted some sort of credit. On the entire$30something order, they said they could only credit the $7 charge for bread.
