Worst manager that worked tonight I hope you find better management and the cashier should be manager he was so polite THE... MANAGER SHOULD BE RE EVALUATED he just left the customer aka me with no solution and gave me bad looks he was terrible I came into order food and the cashier was amazing I left with the bag of food and then I realize the chicken sandwich was wrong so Iwent in to fix it and he questioned me and didn?t do anything the cashier saw the issue and got it fixed then the manager rudelyasked why he was handing me a new sandwich CAUSE THE CASHIER DID THE MANAGERS JOB MORE PROFESSIONAL THAB THE REAL MANAGER thecashier was micheal and the manager should wear a name tag that says middle aged cry baby. We got food through the drive-thru and they had us pull up because it was going to take a little while (We ordered a bucket of... tenders at 9 PM so that was understandable). We waited 10 minutes for them not to bring out the large pop we ordered, then bringthe wrong pop and not make it right immediately, we had to explain to the person how to make it right. We also asked forspecific sauces for our tenders and got very few of those and a lot of others we didn't even ask for. The food quality was good,but service severely lacked. Spent $50 the chicken and biscuits were the only good thing. Mashed potatoes didn?t taste right. The gravy was like brown... colored water. Mac and cheese was a little burnt. But kids still ate it. Do have to say the staff was very friendly and quick. Read more
I ordered a 16 PC meal. It comes with 4 "large" sides and biscuits. I also ordered 2 bags of pop. My order was $50. It... would've been nice if the sides were actually filled. Opened the bag and fries, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were onlyhalf way filled. Really great. My 6 kids really filled up with that one bite of each side. Was totally worth themoney... NOT! You can't tell me they didn't know the containers were only half filled. We loved not having plates or utensils toeat with either... And my kids said thanks for the hot sauce we didn't get either. No biggie. What's another 15 minutes to goand buy what we requested and never recieved. Read more
I had a terrible experience here today. The cashier charged my card for the wrong order(didn't tell me the price again at... window) and turned out it was way more than what we originally ordered. Took them like 5 minutes to figure out how to refund methe money. At that point I didn't even want my food from there because they were gonna charge me again for the food I actuallyordered on top of the previous wrong order they charged me for that is gonna take days to actually go back into my account. Placed online order for 24 wings and they were so dried out it was all basically inedible and gross. As if they were cooked... hours ago (in days old oil) and dried out under a heat lamp for hours. No exaggeration look at the photos. Obviously I'mdisappointed and would think twice before having this happen again. I'd ask for my money back, but I'm not even wasting my time. Read more
The food is fine, but this is the second time in a row that we didn?t receive any sauces for the chicken tenders that we order,... via DoorDash. Instead we got hot sauce that we didn?t ask for. The first time, we let it slide, but two times in a row!? Andwhen I tried to call, the line is busy and can?t get through. Sure, I could drive there and get the sauce. But people don?t want to drive 20 mins there and 20 mins back for something it could?ve been avoided in the first place, especially with the gasprice and by the time I get back, the food is cold.
