I know it wasn't Little Caesar's fault but I went through their app and doordash was delivering me and my family food that I... spent almost $40 on and the doordash didn't do his job and happened to deliver it to somebody else's house, so me and my familymissed out on almost $40 worth of food. I had placed an order by the phone, an order of a hot and ready and three breads for the fam. The lady on the phone had told me... bout 15 min and as so, arrived about then. I ended up waiting an additional 15 for the three orders of bread but I don?t mindthe wait. What really bothered me was how the manager treated her workers. I watched her at least twice, yell aggressively atthe lady working register about repeating orders to customers. Came in at 6:45 to get ONE hot and ready pizza and breadsticks. Was informed by the rude cashier that it would be at least 20... minutes and that they had to make it. I asked if they had anything hot and ready and she said again rudely ?no we have to makeit.? I informed her that it defeats the purpose of advertising hot and ready if you don?t actually have anything hot and ready.Take your business elsewhere. Read more
I can not even express in words how upsetting the experience was here. I went to this location thinking the quality of food... would be better. I want to say that there was clearly an issue where the lady was being rude and unprofessional to only two ofus in this place and was helping everyone else. I will be contacting Corperate when I can get ahold of them. The one lady havebeen waiting for over an hour and when asked about her order she was ignored and went on to helping others. The lady addressedher so she clearly heard her. I wanted to two hot and ready and was waiting with my infant. She said it would be 20 minutes Isaid OK and she wouldn't let me pay and moved on to someone else. 10 minutes later another lady came in and she allowed her topay. Then she walked out with the two hot ready I ordered. I understand it was busy but what I don't understand is why thecustomer service is almost none existent and why others are being treated differently. Never coming back. Insisted I never placed the online order and then proceeded to find it, then waited another half hour, only... to get it wrong. No apology. When I got home they intentionally hacked up thembread side of the one pie, all different sizes,looks.likenit was revenge for my repeated asking for my order. Waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and bread. Plus the guy making the bread was touching prepared bread without gloves after... touching his hat, phone, and everything else.
