They should change the name to ?Hot OR Ready?. Seems like this location is incapable of offering both at the same time.... Sometimes, you get neither. Seems like you should anticipate the lunch period rush and have at least a couple ready to pull offthe shelf. I mean, that?s how every other LC on planet earth has operated. Of course, then there?s problem 2- you DO manage toget a Hot n Ready, and it?s room temperature, and ice cold by the time you get home. None of this should matter though, thepizza tastes awful. Speedway pizza is better than this. Whereas most companies increase their prices and at least maintainquality, if not increase it, LC seems to have gone for the approach of jacking up prices and offering a far worse product thanyears ago. I swore off LC a while back but wanted to see if anything had changed? turns out it?s actually worse than lasttime. Never again. Read more

ordered pizza at 6:30 set for delivery. was told that it would be at my home by 7:30. called the store at 7:50 and was told that... the driver just left. The rep never asked my name or what my order was either which I thought weird. When I asked why it wasthat the driver was just now leaving he said that I was not the only order that he had today. I never thought I was, but if youhave a time set for an hour after the order maybe it should sow up by then. I checked the message that was sent at 8,and itshows the driver is still at the store. God only knows at this point if I am ever going to get my order. Edit: Was just toldthat I will not receive my pizza by the door dash driver that was assigned my pizza. It seems that the pizza was never made.Called the store back and they were clueless as to what to do. We ended up asking for a refund, which they seem unwilling togive us as they do not think that anything is wrong with me spending $45.10 on pizza plus tip and not being reimbursed when wedo not receive anything. Just placed a order after I got off phone I realized she said 45 minutes not 25 minutes I was on speaker she sounded 10 ft away.... I called right back 30 seconds later to cancel. They told me it was in oven lol. I told them that's bull my food would be coldif I picked it up 45 minutes from now! They don't want to do their jobs stop playing with us. Walked in and was told it would be 10 mins before a pizza would be ready. Just a reg hot and ready. 3 other people walked in and... were NOT online orders and all got there pizza ahead of us. The lady looked right at us and said to the one customer behindus That we are before them and then continued to give the customer behind us our pizza. We said something and she said it?scoming out of the oven right now. Then she gave that pizza to the guy that was 2 customers behind us. We were very nice to themand did NOT deserve to be treated this way. I WOULD NOT GO HERE. Not to mention how do they not have any pizzas ready on aSaturday night. Read more
Just left this location (7/29 at 12:27pm) and service was horrendous! If I could leave no stars, I would. The woman running the... register was very dry- not that I expected her to be over friendly- but you could definitely "feel" her either disgust ofworking or servicing me. Not sure. However, she prepared the food and basically threw it on the counter. Before I could saythank you, she had walked off. Extremely rude and if you're having a bad day, don't come to work. Read more
This location has about a 20% chance of producing quality food...the other 80% will look like the pictures. If you go here, be... sure to check the entire order before leaving the store. You will most likely be sorry if you don't. The managers also don'tcare and will do as little as possible to rectify the poor quality and service. Read more
So we ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light cheese on half. What I received was totally different. Superthin in the middle... half the pizza looked like a big puff ball. They say u eat with your eyes,well this looked gross.Staff seemed overwhelmed when Icame to pick up my order. Will not be visiting this location again.if I owned this location I would be looking at some quality control and more staffing.
