Absolutely the slowest McDonald's outside of Kentucky. Placed order via kiosk and waited 4 minutes while watching the kitchen... staff talk, 2 of them with elbows on the counter. Walked out. One guy was mopping and he was the only one that appeared to care. Will not return to that store for any meal or drink. Read more

Navier is a wonderful assistant manager, but the manager is the meanest lady I have ever met. She didn?t give us our food and we... had to fight for it. Then she proceeded to turn the lights off on us because she was mad we were in the lobby, even though theyclose at 11. Not to mention she was yelling at everyone working and swearing at them. i ordered doordash: quarter pounder was sloppily put together and drenched in sauce, fries were put in the bag upside down. i... work in fast food and i know there are bad days, bad customers, but at any job you have to have some kind of awareness or care,even the bare minimum. we would never send a sandwich out like this at my job, but mcdonald?s is extremely popular and i can?timagine how exhausted you guys must be. i was hesitant to call because i didn?t want to seem entitled, but the woman i spoke towas very kind and the issue was resolved! with more effort going toward uplifting team morale, the store could be a nicer placefor both employees and customers. I waited as I was told to pull up for my order and I understand they're busy but rushing and not paying attention to the order... is another. My nuggets were forgotten, but was brought out when I told the person before she walked in. As I'm leaving I noticedone of my happy meals was not the 6 piece I ordered.
