This Panera forgets something on our order EVERY SINGLE TIME! Last week we got breakfast sandwiches and they forgot to put my... egg. The receipt said egg right on it. This morning my boyfriend got home with breakfast sandwiches and his was missing sausage.The receipt said sausage right on it! & my sandwich had hardly any meat. The food is good but that doesn't make up for a filthy restaurant. The place was pretty much empty at 430p on a Saturday and... the cashier didn't have anything she had to do now that they have a self order kiosk. The floors were sticky, crumbs, and soupspills on the tables, and bathroom trash was overflowing. Read more
I've never been disappointed with the service or the food Edit: I just went inside and had lunch for the first time and it is... GORGEOUS on the inside. The staff is super nice. I am typically not a fan of large chain restaurants but Panera is one of few exceptions. The food they offer is made with good... ingredients and always meets expectations. I really appreciate their simple app and quick preparation for online orders. Iusually order while in the checkout at the grocery store and by the time I get to Panera my order is ready to go which is superconvenient. One of my favorites is the Baja Chicken Bowl, give it a try. Read more
