This Panera forgets something on our order EVERY SINGLE TIME! Last week we got breakfast sandwiches and they forgot to put my... egg. The receipt said egg right on it. This morning my boyfriend got home with breakfast sandwiches and his was missing sausage.The receipt said sausage right on it! & my sandwich had hardly any meat. The food is good but that doesn't make up for a filthy restaurant. The place was pretty much empty at 430p on a Saturday and... the cashier didn't have anything she had to do now that they have a self order kiosk. The floors were sticky, crumbs, and soupspills on the tables, and bathroom trash was overflowing. Read more
I've never been disappointed with the service or the food Edit: I just went inside and had lunch for the first time and it is... GORGEOUS on the inside. The staff is super nice. I ordered the turkey sandwich with avocado and the citrus salad. Got home, sandwich was missing avocado and the salad was filled... half way! Everytime I give Panera another chance "maybe they will be better this time," They continue to disappoint. It'swayyyyy over priced and the food is sub par! Not going back! Read more
I used to love Panera, but I will never go there again. Went to the Grand Blanc location last night. I received a pathetic... excuse for a chicken salad sandwich. There was barely a TRACE of chicken salad on it. I returned to the counter to ask if theyran out of chicken salad and I was told by the smug employee that was the amount the sandwich is supposed to have on it. Ireplied that I've order that same sandwich for years and always had at least 4 times that amount - his response was that theother locations were putting on too much. So apparently, for the last 20+ years, every location I've visited has made theirchicken salad sandwich WRONG. I also had a bad experience at the Miller Rd location recently when I ordered a bowl of Frenchonion soup via drive thru only to get home and realize I spent $8 for a bowl of broth. No cheese. I love Panera Bread. This location gets a poor score and I will never go back after picking a ton of rotten lettuce out of my... salad. i got the Asian salad, so not alot going on there, no way they didn't see it and served it anyway. I am typically not a fan of large chain restaurants but Panera is one of few exceptions. The food they offer is made with good... ingredients and always meets expectations. I really appreciate their simple app and quick preparation for online orders. Iusually order while in the checkout at the grocery store and by the time I get to Panera my order is ready to go which is superconvenient. One of my favorites is the Baja Chicken Bowl, give it a try. Read more
