The service here is an absolute joke. There is an issue or an inexplicable wait every time. Most recently I placed an online... order, waited inside for 45 minutes only to find out they gave my order away to the wrong person. The employees have no cluewhat?s going on with their orders, and when I asked for some sort of compensation for the mixup I was offered one tiny piece ofbaklava. What a joke. I also paid and tipped online ahead of time, which I do not recommend because stuff like this happens.It?s a shame because the food is actually quite good. Go to Taboon instead. Read more

This was my favorite place to get food over the past year. However, they decided to take away fries as a bowl base (even though... it is still listed on the Pita Way website). That means if you want fries to add them in yourself, it will cost you extra on topof the $13 bowl. It was the one thing I loved eating here, and set them apart. At this rate, I will just go to a normalMediterranean restaurant like, Taboons. I know quite a few people that ordered the same thing as me, so it is really weird theywould take that away. The food is great. The menu it's convoluted and tries too hard to be hip... I'm not going to refer to chicken as "My protein of... choice." Ever. And I will never refer to a pita as a "Sanweech" because it's ridiculous. The chicken is worth the othernonsense. Baklava. Boom. Read more

Worst customer service I?ve experienced in a while. There?s no reason why I should?ve had to wait 20 extra minutes in the store... today (past the ?due? time?) when I placed an order online 40 minutes prior. Multiple people, including other pickup orders camein after me and there food was made and ready before mine, right in front of my eyes. It was not busy at all and there weremultiple workers behind the counter. There was no sense of urgency from the workers that there were waiting customers (me, theonly waiting customer actually), they were just standing around gossiping about customers in front of them. But they made surethey serviced certain individuals promptly when they came in. On top of that I ordered fries and sauce, the worker said thesauce was there but I opened the box of large fries when I got home and no sauce. The pita was dry, and the shawarmas I orderedwere super thin and somehow different weights, even though they were practically the same thing. Do yourself a favor and pay atthe store if you actually think the food is worth the terrible service, I paid and tipped online before I knew the service andthey definitely did not deserve it.
