I have been going to this location for about 10 years. I live three minutes away and recently things have taken a place for the... worst. Today, around 7:15 PM. Me and my son decided to go have dinner. We noticed that they were putting very little scoops offood in our bowls. When we asked for just a tiny bit more, they stated to me that everything is an up charge, I said, OK I wouldlike to have double chicken, when he gave me the double chicken, he put half a scoop in there and charged me 2.95. I then stated? if you are going to up charge, at least make it worth it? after that he began to put less on everything if I am going to pay$16 for a nacho bowl it should at least be enough to fill me up. These workers were slammed tonight! Between people not wanting to cook before thanksgiving and pregaming for bar night it was... super busy! I was sooo impressed by the workers tho they kept smiles on their faces and were so friendly! The communication wasimpeccable as well and of course the food was bomb as always! This use to be a good place to eat but in the last 2 yrs it's gone way downhill. Last two times we've gone in they have no taco... shell bowls and nothing was offered to replace them like maybe some chips??? We were told they are first come first serve andwhen they're gone, they're gone! Dirty floors, tables & bathrooms are the usual now. Kids behind the counter are moreinterested in chatting with each other than helping the customers. went here once a week , then once a month , now ehhh whybother, I can make it better at home and save my money! I used to like this place alot. Pretty sure I have given them a decent review in the past. Went there today and got their new... lime shrimp. The shrimp was bad. Not the sauce...the actual shrimp. It was rotten, I almost puked. It smelled gross it lookedgross is tasted even worse. The staff was all teenagers, not an adult in site, the place was an absolute mess. I should havewalked out when I seen how it was run and the mess the kids couldn't keep up with. I don't plan on going back, even to get myfree meal. Read more
Dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. The trash cans outside were overflowing with garbage. The bathrooms look like they haven?t... been cleaned in years. The toilet paper rolls aren?t even put into the covered dispenser, they are left on the unsanitaryhandicap bars. Read more
Terrible experiences both times I've gone lately. First visit I ordered curbside, waited outside for an our before going in to... find out where my food was. It was sitting on a shelf, cold... Yesterday I went to try to see if they could redeem themselvesand my brother and I got the EXAXT SAME BURRITO. One made right after the other and that's what you see in the pic. They never give us the tortilla shell for taco salads even when we select it online. Never. They don't even bother substituting... tortilla chips. Service and quality has seriously taken a nosedive, recently. Plus, they never answer their phone so no way totell them they messed up our orders. Either shut down this shtshow of a location or send in corporate because this place is ajoke! Read more
I was honestly impressed with the costumer service. After not having the best experiences at other places, the GB doba exceeded... expectations. I was particularly impressed with James (the stronger looking boy) he was very respectful and took the time witheach costumer. After a long practice he gave me an extra burst of energy and life for the rest of the night! Read more
