They were out of everything I wanted and when they did make my drink, it tasted watered down, no flavor. This is the only... location where your drink will taste different every time you go. I think they are using more ice than the actual flavor to savemoney on products. I got a refund and went to Biggby for a wonderful drink. The only positive thing is the nice staff. Read more
Trash Starbucks with horrible service, waited 20 minutes and no one seemed to notice then finally talked to the girl at the... counter. She pulls my ticket out of no where and she asks someone to make the drinks. No apology or recognition to someonethat?s waited 20 minutes and others that came in and ordered drinks after me left. I love starbucks! It's my favorite coffee... however they need to find a way to make sure someone that places a mobile order... isn't waiting 45 min for a coffee when everyone else is ordering and paying in store is getting there's first. I understandthat it isn't the employees fault however corporate needs to find a solution. Read more
Constantly there?s a problem when I visit this location. My most recent visit I tried to redeem my points and the cashier... literally had no clue what I was talking about, after I explained the program to her & showed her the app to pay she then blamedme for not telling her I had points to redeem sooner (although I told her as soon as I pulled up to the window). The time beforethat I ordered items, paid for them, waited for my food item only for the cashier to come back and say ?oh yeah we?re actuallyout of that food item? ALTHOUGH she told me she checked for the item while I was still at the order screen. I?d rather drive tothe location in Burton, never any issues there. Cashiers & baristas are friendly and seem to actually have knowledge of how thepoint system works and how to check inventory before processing a customer?s transaction. Read more
It's great as Starbucks goes. Sometimes, there's a long wait and it costs $50 waiting in like with petrol, but get I?m fueled by... happy thoughts and coffee ?? and it beats walking in or parking in the tight parking lot. The servers are nice and the coffeeis hot and tasty. I just wish it was a bit less expensive to get my caffeine fix. Today?s good mood is sponsored by coffee. Read more
My wife ordered a drink this morning July 2nd on the app, when I went in to get it it wasn't ready so I stood waiting after... about 5 minutes the girl asked if a drink she had made was mine I told her no and what I was waiting for and for who, she didn'trespond. A few minutes later she again said a different name and again I told her the name and the drink, again no response. Isaw her start to make what looked like my wife's drink but she just left it in the blender so i assumed it wasn't hers afteranother 5 minutes I asked if they had lost the order when a different girl said it's right here and pourd the drink that hadbeen sitting in the blender which was no all melted and runny. We travel all across the country and this was the worstStarbucks ever. All due to one horrible worker that purposely left the drink that she started in the blender knowing I waswaiting for it. We come to Grand Blanc a couple of times a year but will drive further to get better service. Read more
This location is the absolute worst when it comes to making their Shaken Expressos. I order here often before work and will no... longer spend money in this location. If you order drinks with light ice, the fill it with milk! It?s like drinking a cup ofmilk. This has happened several times and it?s ridiculous. By the way, they are the only location who does this. what horrible attitudes here... I went on Thanksgiving morning to get some coffee, because as a plumber I too have to work all... day on holidays. I picked up my mobile order, walked over to the tip jar and dropped a $20 bill in.. said thank you guys happyThanksgiving. Nothing but nasty looks. Nobody responded and the ones who looked just gave me a nasty look. I instantly regretteddoing that. I guess that's what I get for trying to spread a bit of joy. What a waste of money. Read more
