Out of al starbucks in the area this is by far the best. Consistently good. Friendly n knowledgeable staff. Only store that... stays open until 10 pm. I stopped there last night at 9:45 pm. Normally I would be concerned about the coffee being old andstale. It was fresh brewed and my mixed drink was deliciously made. Very pleased all the time. I will drive out of my way tocome here! Today is not my first day at this Starbucks, basically I have been coming here for a month EVERYDAY! , I need to study for USMLE... board exams???? which is very though so I always need to have my iced brown sugar shaken espresso ?? ?? grande beside me to getme through all this! I live in Flint but since the Miller road starbucks was closed for a while I drove 10 miles every day afterwork to this place to study. Every single day the stuff were nice, kind and trough with orders, I had the best iced coffee, hotmatcha latte and caramel frappuccino of my life here. I am a Starbucks addict and a picky one when it comes to my coffee! andthey passed the test every single day! I was going to write this review after my exam day but today they surprised me by makingmy order even before I say « iced? »! Gosh! I had such a rough day today and I needed it! LOVE YOU staff! I save my stars to order drinks that are more expensive but really worth it because I bring them home and add oatmilk to them.... This morning I used all my stars to order 2 drinks that are so disgusting and contain absolutely none of the ingredients Irequested. I order the same exact thing all the time so to try and cut corners is just foolish I can tell when my drink containsnone of the components I requested. Thank you for ruining my morning! Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks. The entire staff rocks. The manager is super kind and it shows in her leadership if her team.... They are so out of the box. During the Holidays they place post it notes on the counter where you can write what you're thankful for or offer kind words. Read more
Uuuhhhh this location is the pits. Looooong, long lines. And the drinks are NEVER full strength. Watered down, no flavor...yuck.... And for $5 each? No thanks. Today I complained because I asked specifically for them not to over dilute....they did anyways....Ipointed it out & asked for more chai syrup (which is free) & the barista just glared at me. Rude. While the window lady(Corrina) with the sweet, kind voice is the best....the drinks are the worst. Just go with the pros on S.Saginaw just 5 minutesaway. Update: things have gotten way better around here. Fast turn around & drinks are being made correctly lately. Thank you!! Read more
Hair in my drink at the bottom of my cup which means it was there before they started making my drink. Nobody got on hairnets. I... feel like throwing up i had drank 80% of the drink before noticing. When I had went back for a refund they said the best theycould do was make me another one. Read more
