Wish I could explain how rude the manager and all staff are at this location! Waiting for a door dash for a half hour. Was... ignored by everyone in there. When I finally yelled over and asked about my door dash order they said "WE ARE WORKING ON IT!"then gave food to the dasher who just walked in. I have never been more annoyed with a fast food place. When I arrived about 50 minutes before they closed, there was a line of... about 10-15 cars. I patiently waited as the line ridiculously SLOWLY progressed forward. After half an hour, I was FINALLYbehind the car that was ordering. There were no cars in front of the car ordering (which was weird because for the last 30minutes there was a solid line of cars to the pickup window). The car sat there for a while and I had my window down ready toget my order and this experience over with. While I was waiting I heard the staff finally get on and say "Sorry, we need you towait for about ten minutes so we can close and you be the last car we serve." I thought I misheard, but no joke, we sat there,no orders taken, no food served, no cars moving till 12:59. Then the car that had been at the intercom for over 10 minutesfinally placed their order and moved forward. As soon as I got up to it, they said that was the last car before they closed andthey refused to take mine order or any of the other 6+ cars behind me. They frequently have their dinning room closed even though they allow takeout orders through the app. Don't plan on grabbing the... meal you ordered ahead of the shelf really quick as you are likely going to have to go through the drive through and what forthe 8 cars ahead of you to place and receive their orders first. This is the slowest service taco bell I've ever experienced. They have 8 people working inside but can only do one order at a... time? As I was pulling in I seen half the workers sitting in the lobby while the drive through line was almost out to the road.They should open up the lobby and put those people wanting $15 an hour to work. It doesn't take 8 people to make one order. Whoever is running this location should be fired along with all the lazy staff members. This place is the definition of laziness Read more
There was nobody else inside when I walked in, but still nobody asked to take my order. I finally just ordered from the app.... When my food was ready, I did get a greeting and service with a smile and the food was very good. I think it was more just acase of us all getting used to our new normal and ordering from the app or the electronic menu instead of interacting. Read more
Night crew sucks! They can't take more than one order at once. Drive thru takes over an hour with only 4 cars in line. They also... make you wait at the speaker AFTER you order, until the car in front has ordered, and left. Terrible service. do not come here after 9 pm unless you are comfortable with being in the drive thru over an hour. they make one order at a time... and the line ends up out to the road. then they make you wait at the speaker so they don?t mess up the times. I would have neverdone this when I worked in fast food but I guess I just cared about the customers more. people shouldn?t have to wait an hour sothey can keep their times good. Read more
The crew here is actually stupid. This is the slowest service i?ve had from any restaurant in my life, not only that but it?s... every single time i come here. For some reason, an entire staff is only able to take one order at a time. I?ve never worked in ataco bell in my life and could still run this store better than they do. After waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive thru,they even forget to give us our drinks. What are they even doing back there ????? They don?t even deserve the one star. Read more
