Completely appalled at the customer service skills. I have worked multiple years within customer service and have never barked... at a customer the way I was while I was at the Grand Blanc location. A few customers along with myself had walked into the Cafe& waited at least 10 minutes with no recognition at all by any employee. I walked over to the pick up window just to give afriendly "Hey just wanted to let you know a few of us have come in" before I could even finish my sentence A woman with a blondehair a ball cap on that was African American, heavier set and about 5'6 started yelling "I HAVE HELPED EVRYONE YOU NEED TO MINDYOUR BUINSS AND WAIT YOUR TURN IF I FEEL YOU NEED TO BE HELPED IT WILL HAPPEN!" As soon as I heard her begin I headed for thedoor. I will never return. The office I work at ordered often too, that will no longer happen. Very disappointing to see.Everywhere is under staffed, no reason to be so hateful. Read more

Last few times the smoothies have been very runny. Just got a Hummus wrap with add ins and they only put lettuce , rice ,black... beans and avacado. No dressing when I paid for extra dressing. Very disappointing. Read more

Literally the worst service I?ve ever experienced, I?d rather drive the extra two miles down the street to the new one that... opened. The manager is tacky and unprofessional. It upsets me the most because I?ve been going there for years. Read more

Is customer service a thing of the past? Maybe a class in communication skills are in order. After walking into the cafe and... being the ONLY customer I went to the cashier to order and waited while the cashier stared at me. No greeting or anything, Ihad to initiate the conversation. After the order was complete I asked about the discount I get through my credit union. Blankstare. I show her the discount from my phone, sigh and deleted the sale. She reentered the sale and it was the same price. Iasked for the discount which I again showed her, 10% off. Her response was, I don?t know how to do that, do you still wantthem? So I pay full price and go to pick them up and she sticks her head out of the pickup window and yells my name, mind you Iwas at the window and the only person in the cafe. Quite a head ache for a couple of smoothies. Won?t be back anytime soon. Read more

Definitely not the best kept place. One of the lesser quality tropical smoothies. And have been grossed out more than once... watching girls with extra long fingernails scoop up the stuff that dribbles down the cup with their nails. I don't know aboutyou but to me in the food industry that doesn't seem very sanitary. Read more

All in all...good food & nice staff. However, not sure they listened to me for our order. I asked for no extra sugar added to... our smoothies...bc yes, they add a LOT of extra sugar! I also asked to have our sandwich cut in half bc we were sharing. Itwasn't cut. That makes sharing very difficult when we took our stuff to go. We also asked to have our smoothies shared into 2cups...which they do charge for, yet it still came in 1 cup. Also some of the staff had long hair not properly contained. Itwas in a pony tail but still flying all over. And the garbage can was over flowing so we had to take our trash with us. In myopinion, some of these things need to be addressed. Update 2022: Lately this location is always clean & fairly quick withorders. I changed it from 3 to 4 stars. Read more
