Tired of trying to give this Wendy's a chance. Slow as molasses, the food was old and cold, the staff wasn't friendly and they... wouldn't answer their phone. Worst Wendy's I've been to, consistently. Just go next door to burger king and get yourself anactual burger. Read more

The line was so long at drive thru, yet it moved very quickly. Seemed like no real wait, just each car paying and getting their... food and sent on their way. Order had a substation and it was perfect. Read more

I've never made a review for a place before but this place finally pushed me to it. I routinely gave the service a pass because... I usually don't have time to go through the drive thru again and be late to work but this place nearly always gets my orderwrong. I've long since given up on asking for any changes because just asking for ketchup and mustard instead of mayo wouldroutinely get me just a patty without lettuce, tomatoes, or cheese and 50% of the time ketchup and mustard while the other 50%extra mayo. Sometimes I get burgers I didn't even order like today when I ordered a grilled chicken asiago ranch club and wasinstead given a fried chicken pretzel pub burger instead. I think I'm done going to this Wendy's. Read more

This location has some rude individuals hiding under a fake nice voice. Ordered with the mobile app because I was with co... workers They ordered their food at the speaker.(every coupon I've used via the app requires you to do it at the window and theemployee wouldn't even let me finish the sentence before saying wait till the window on THAT occasion) To limit confusion; Idecided since I've been treated poorly for even mentioning I had an app coupon at the speaker to just tell them about the mobileorder at the window. Reasonable to think they can hand me food I paid for from the window. NOPE. She would NOT listen to me,told me she can't add things on. We asked if she actually insisted we drive back around to the speaker she replied "if youwant"... "If you want"???????? I'm trying to figure out how to pick my order up what the heck do you mean if I want? So Iproceed to go inside the store to be told I had to wait for all inside customers to be helped first. It is LUNCH TIME customersdon't stop coming in and I'm sitting there for THIRTY MINUTES to get food I already paid for while my co workers food gets cold.This is ridiculous. Are your employees so adverse to using the app that they are willing to IGNORE customers in line who triedto make it easier for them?. I've never had a problem with any other food place near here and only because the cooks are goodwill I return to this abusive relationship with staff that really don't care that you spent money with them. Don't come to this Wendy's I used to work there and they spit in food and one chick named Amanda forced a new hire to scrub the... walls with degreaser and then scrutinized him and told him he should use bleach after he scrubbed for 3 hours somebody finallytrained him on register and when he called in sick the next day from scrubbing the walls that we haven't had cleaned in 2 yearshe was fired! This isn't a Wendy's it's a dictatorship who treats all of it's employees like slaves. It's not right to makesomeone scrub biohazards then fire them for wanting to recover from the abuse. Read more

It's honestly impressive how they can do worse than the last time I came. Probably the last time I'm coming here. Got the... totally wrong burger, didn't take tomatoes off the chicken, fries were old, no napkins, girl didn't say thank you or have a goodday, nothing, then when I call them after 6 times they pick up... I do not plan on returning to this location. I understand that service can be slow these days but slow service with poor food... quality is just not acceptable. The car in front of me ordered paid and received food before I could get a welcome and not thatit was fast service for them either. I waited several minutes at the window so I expected that food was being made fresh. Allitems were cold, fries were soggy and items were not prepared as we ordered. Used to be a great place and good service. I havebeen back hoping for better service but it is just not there anymore. Go to another Wendy's or another restaurant. Read more

Normally I really enjoy the breakfast at Wendy's but this morning I was served a uncooked honey butter bacon chicken sandwich.... Didn't notice on the first bite since it was a small piece of chicken but once I took the second bite I immediately could tellsomething was wrong picture attached. I had contacted the store and spoke with an Amanda but was informed that I would not beable to get a new sandwich today but if I come back at a later time I could say that she said I could have a new sandwich. Idont think this was the proper response since I could possibly contract a foodborne illness from it. Read more
