The kids that work there nowadays do not care about offering good customer service. It saddens me because my family and I used... to love eating at Yaya?s. But for The last couple times we visited, they have forgotten multiple things and rarely offered asolution. When I called to see what they were going to do about forgetting to give me an extra that I paid for, they said was?sorry about that? ?.. I then said, ?well, what are you going to do about it? Ugh the sigh of disappointment I felt to come back home finally be able to grab some Yaya?s and find out they stopped selling... Rice Pudding! They also have new things on the menu and granted is has been years but I hoped they would stay to there core.Seeing Mac and Cheese on the menu just threw me all off. Used to be good but not lately. Say they are open till 8 but we stopped but a 7 one night, chairs were on top of the tables and... lights dimmed even though open sign was on. Decided not to go in. Then, on 5/19/22, we showed up at 6:30 pm and were told theyhad no chicken breast. As we were leaving at least 3 of the staff laughed out loud. Can't say they were laughing at us, but madeus feel that way. We won't be back. Appears employees may just be collecting a paycheck instead of closing when they run out offood. Read more

Ripped me off! I asked for a 2 piece white meal with an extra piece and a 2 piece dark meat. I got home and opened it up I had... one piece of white meat and 2 dinky dark meat. What happened to the other 2 pieces of chicken?? $24.00 for 3 pieces of chickenand dry mac n cheese isn't worth it. I opened the boxes and took the pics below with the receipt to show. Went here on my lunch break today just out of curiosity. Someone already indicated what i'm about to say. I live right by the... Dort Hwy. location, which I love, and went to the Grand Blanc one today because I'd read previous reviews on the disparity inamount of food given. The photos below are of the difference in the cold-shredded honey wheat wrap; the right being Dort Hwy.,left being GB. Needless to say, I prefer the right, don't ruin YaYa's integrity!!!
