I was there yesterday and first thing I noticed that the floor was really slippery, like not scrubbed in some time. I pointed... this out to the guy who seemed to be in charge and he made no comment, even after I said "what if someone falls and getshurt?" The quality of the restaurant has gone up significantly vs where it was a few years ago. The food was ready to go quick enough.... The young girl that served me at the window was a little dry, but the food was really good. Will recommend for sure for goodfried chicken in Grand Falls. Read more

The food was OK, however I had to eat my fries and gravy with my fingers and my macaroni I had to slurp from the container,... there was a time they would ask if you needed plates and cutlery, condiments, Napkins, well after a 17 hour drive, im notthinking of these things when I order my meal, so..I totally gapped it about asking for a paper plate and fork, and condiments, So, I know every Nicole counts to a business these days, but the cost of these items is built in to the cost of the food, sothey aren't losing anything, so Mr KFC, please train your staff to hand these items out, you're not in India anymore, thesesmall items are what made the chain of restaurants a good chain, at least put napkins with every order, some of your customerscome a long way and don't carry utensils with them. They didn't put any salt, pepper, ketchup or even the honey mustard like I asked for... 2 thumbs down, and the fries are cold
