We have ordered many times from this location and last night was by far the worst order we?ve ever had! In the past orders have... been good to great, however our chicken dinner was so dry that the legs weren?t even edible as the meat was splintery, thebreast was also over cooked, the fries & veggies were cold. We didn?t receive two of the sauces. I?m not sure what happened inthe kitchen, the diner wasn?t busy when I arrived, extremely disappointed in the quality of the food! wow. Had a "donair" if you can call it that- it came in a crispy crunchy shell. like not sure if it was deep fried pizza crust... or what. Lots if lettuce, the meat was shaved real thin and scarce. Absolute failure. Do not order the donair! Read more
I?m very sorry to say that we had an absolutely terrible experience here, the restaurant is clearly very poorly managed. To be... clear, the staff were all very lovely and they are clearly just not being supported by whoever runs the place. We waited 50minutes from the time we ordered to when the food arrived, and when it finally showed up, the sauce on my pasta had congealed,it had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp most of the time. If this is your restaurant: you need to take better care of yourstaff. There either aren?t enough of them, or your systems and procedures are not working at all. Read more
Wings are absolutely amazing! Garlic fingers, amazing! Donair sauce, amazing! Italian pasta salad, amazing! Excellent service!
The food was really good but we were basically chasing the waters. When we got there we had to wait 5-8 minutes just to be... seated then we sat there for easily 20 minutes just to order our drinks but she didn't come to us I had to get up and go to thefront and ask for someone to serve my table and I just wanna mention there's was only maybe 3 other tables other then us andeasily 10 people working in the front and kitchen we spent twice the amount of time there that we expected. When she broughtover the debit machine for us to pay she tried so apologize and say they are never this busy (there was only 4 people dining inthe whole time we were there). Read more

Ordered two big craves for a treat since I hadn't had them in like 2 years. Lettuce was brown almost starting to rot. Called and... asked for any compensation and they said unless I can drive and show her nothing they can do. (It was delivery) Read more
I felt like because I didn?t speak French that I was unimportant to the server. I had my family out for lunch and I can afford... for them to have whatever they want so they ordered and I had to ask for water and extra Pepsi for my grandson no one came backto see if we needed anything. Then there was a black hair in my granddaughter?s lasagna, which she had to get up take it andshow to someone.yes they didn?t charge me for it but hello that?s disgusting.needless to say we won?t be back.
