Stopped in here for a quick break on our road trip. We waited quite a long time at the counter before being served - there were... five staff working the drive thru and no one seemingly managing the front counter. The employee who served us seemed a littleflustered; we wonder if perhaps he was new/training and wasn't getting much help or support. We ordered a large London Fog and alarge coffee. We waited about 5 or 6 minutes before asking if our drinks were ready and I think he had already forgotten. Hegave me my London Fog and told us to have a good day, which is when we politely reminded him that we were still waiting on myhusband's coffee. At 130 in the afternoon, their display case was also nearly empty. Got on the road, just to realise I had beengiven a large Earl Gray tea with milk, not a latte, and also missing the vanilla syrup. Love the Tims I visit on a regular basis. They always know my regular order, very friendly, fresh products.
Messed up my sandwich and I think they put iced coffee in my cold brew because it was very bitter. Their "all day" breakfast... supposedly actually ends at 6... Read more
No breakfast items after 6pm even though they're on the menu. Didn't get half the ingredients in the sandwich I bought.

Slow service, burnt bread, and melted butter leaking out of the bag. Not impressed. Not the best Tim's in Grand falls. Go to the... one by the Ultramar gas bar it's better. Read more
Stop at the drive through order full order.... get to the cash - then they tell you debit does not work. Expecting you to pay... cash somehow. Waste of time. And no coffee. Oh well. The donut and coffee smell was good. But unnatainable cause me unnecessarystress. Read more
