I rarely complain about fast food..... because let's be honest it's fast food. Long gone are the days of old. If you can justify... charging 8.99 for a burger than you should be able to justify putting a little effort into it. The lettuce while barely therewas soggy. The flamethrower sauce was so heavy, that the bottom bun was soggy..... At the end of the day I get it, we're talkingabout fast food here. All 4 of our meals were not good, tasted nothing like Dairy Queen in other places like Abbotsford

Went for ice cream and asked for a cup of water and when we looked at our bill we realized they charge almost $4 for a cup of... plain old tap water!! So insane. Just bought two packs of family fries from this dairy queen. It was over $16 for the two packs. I wish I could figure out how to... put a picture on here cuz they weren't even 20% full, the boxes. I went in in a very nice friendly way Austin this was normal.They said yeah 10 oz per box.. I asked how much to just fill them up cuz I have a whole bunch of hungry kids in the van and wetry and eat plant-based and have been traveling for 30 hours. So she began calculating. And then I said is there anyway you guyscould just fill it cuz it's just fries. Then she said sure. Then she went to the back and the guy put basically no more fries inand said that's the best we can do. Very disappointed in dairy Queen right now. Omg I had the best burger ever. Ordered a crispy flamethrower chicken sandwich with onion rings on the side. I love spice and... this burger nailed it. Debbie served me and was so accommodating with my dietary needs. ???? I?ll be back for more. Service wasgreat and fast. Store is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Terrible experience, I love DQ and stop at nearly every DQ I drive by. This one charged extra for gravy with a chicken strip... basket, provided a whopping 6 onion rings in the new chicken strip/fry/ring basket and were gracious enough to provide 13 Frenchfries. This is the first DQ I have ever vowed to never return to. Read more
