We came here for a latte and ended up having a bowl of delicious Doukhobor-style borscht. I don't think they even had it posted... on the menu, but I saw a group of people at one table eating borscht and asked for it. For a completely authentic experience,you can even read an old issue of the Doukhobor magazine Iskra while having borscht. By the way, the lattes were also good! Read more
What a fab place!! Their sandwiches are well packed, delicious and filling. I like that they used good quality ingredients. The... coffee is also lovely, frothy and strong - perfection! The staff is also really kind and helpful (we had a mixup with areligious food item we needed omitted, and they were so quick to address it and help us out! Ok. Wow. I ordered a decaf coffee here. I?ve had coffee all over the world, but this brew was the top 3 tasting coffees I?ve... ever had. I ordered it black and the cup had perfect taste and crema. Not sure what kind of coffee or machine they are using?but I almost thought about asking. I ordered a second one it was so good. We arrived on our bikes and it was a rainy day -making this even more delightful. Only negative was that the sign said refills were $1, but I was charged for a full cup onrefill. Went here for the first time this am. Will stop here whenever in GF. Great coffee and great full Canadian breakfast. It's hard... to find both in one place. Most good coffee places just have bun things for breaky. Most good breakfast places have yuckcoffee. Looked like free range eggs too, nice orange yolk, not the usual pale yellow. Excellent! Read more

Joga's is a nice cafe for a bagel or hot breakfast, borscht, and coffee or tea. I enjoyed a cup of tea and the eggs Benedict... with crispy hashbrowns. They subbed in tomatoe for a vegetarian friendly version. The place smelled amazing because they'd justfinished a big batch of borscht! Read more
