I ordered a pizza with extra cheese. If I had not ordered extra cheese there would have been no cheese on the pizza. I cannot... believe I had to pay extra money for extra cheese on a pizza that barely had any cheese on it! Very disappointed. Willdefinitely go elsewhere from now on. Read more

Only a select amount of people actually read back the order before they make your food, leaving without my food from trying to... pick-up and then coming home to not what I ordered is infuriating. Including the false advertising for their new potato bites,not really describing "The Special Spice Mix" good enough; since more and more people now a days have their gall bladder removedthey can't handle the oil as well. We have been ordering our pizzas from Panago in Grand forks for the last 20 yrs. We have always been very happy. We just... ordered a chicken club and Hawaiian. I was so disappointed when we got our pizza, I swear there was no sauce on them, littlecheese and the crust was pressed so thin that is was a super thin crust. I noticed that the quality of the pizza has declinedsince the new owners took over. Stop cutting corners or you will be losing customers. Read more
