I ordered a pizza with extra cheese. If I had not ordered extra cheese there would have been no cheese on the pizza. I cannot... believe I had to pay extra money for extra cheese on a pizza that barely had any cheese on it! Very disappointed. Willdefinitely go elsewhere from now on. Read more

Only a select amount of people actually read back the order before they make your food, leaving without my food from trying to... pick-up and then coming home to not what I ordered is infuriating. Including the false advertising for their new potato bites,not really describing "The Special Spice Mix" good enough; since more and more people now a days have their gall bladder removedthey can't handle the oil as well. We have been ordering our pizzas from Panago in Grand forks for the last 20 yrs. We have always been very happy. We just... ordered a chicken club and Hawaiian. I was so disappointed when we got our pizza, I swear there was no sauce on them, littlecheese and the crust was pressed so thin that is was a super thin crust. I noticed that the quality of the pizza has declinedsince the new owners took over. Stop cutting corners or you will be losing customers. Read more
I didn't even get to try the pizza. I cancelled my order as soon as the pizza prep took payment for my order and went straight... to pounding dough without washing her hands. I asked for my money back and said you have to wash your hands between preparingfood and handling cash and cards, she felt otherwise and clearly stated her hands were clean.....dis-gus-ting!!! Quick service, though the town seemed dead so I shouldn't rave about that. I used to work as a delivery driver for castlegar... panago three years ago and i still to this day find castlegar panago makes one of the best panago pizzas. Pizza was okay, I suredo miss the days delivering pizza. Read more
Great Food, Better Services.. they do all day delivery (on time) and strongly recommended than other Pizza place in town
