Went in for a protein bowl, which I was under the understanding that all subways had and was rudely told that this specific... subway doesn?t do that. Also a couple months prior I went in at 7:30pm to get a sub and the person working literally yelled atme that they were closed and was waving his arms above his head. I ordered online with the subway app. As I was waiting for it to be made a lot of people came into the store after I had... already ordered. They served everyone before my sub was made. The guy said that if people come in and order in person than hewill serve them first and I have to wait until all the other customers are served first. This does not make sense to me. One gentleman working here needs to relax. Work as fast as you want but at least do the job correctly. Can even finish an order... without being rushed down the line. Sandwich poorly thrown together and over sauced.. put my sandwich in the toaster and pulledit out within 5 seconds with over half the time remaining not even toasted or cheese melted. Read more
This store SUCKS. I know it's just a Subway but come on! First the lady squished the fresh bread like a damn pancake as she was... cutting it (who does that??) Then the young guy making the rest of my sub was total jerk. He acted like doing his job (badly)was a pain in his ass, slapped the veggies down as sloppily as he could, DROWNED my sub in mustard before wrapping it up poorly.I had to remake it. It was a simple order, but he couldn't wait to be done with me. Then he and the young cashier startedmuttering and snickering at me in their own language (as seen in other reviews). The washroom was a mess, one stall had ZEROtoilet paper, the kind of dispenser that has the two huge industrial rolls in it - so you know it's been neglected for a longtime. It's a subway. But the bathroom toilet is broken and has been for months. The bathrooms aren't very clean and the staff always... look miserable.. I also found a long hair in my sub. But on the other hand the sandwiches are okay. Not amazing but they arefine if you want a quick lunch Read more
I love the subs.. most of the time but pretty annoyed to go there 2 nights in a row 30 mins before they're supposed to be closed... to find them already closed and cashing out. Don't have a sign saying you're open until 8 if you're not gonna stay open untilthe posted time. Absolutely ridiculous and a horrible way to operate a business. ???? Read more
