This Tim Horton ROCKS! Recieved the best customer service of any Tim's I've ever entered, that started with a warm welcome at... the door. I'm very particular about the level of toast on my bagel so after inquiring with her, the woman front till, Erin, wentto check the level of toast the showed me to confirm. As I was waiting to be served, I heard a customer say to staff that the bathroom needed attention. He said no TP and it needed a... clean. 25 min later and before leaving Tim's, I wanted to use the facilities. Only one bathroom was functioning and it wasfilthy! Obviously the bathroom had not been attended to. Still no TP, paper on the floor, grossly dirty sink, broken garbagecan, dirty surfaces. I noted to staff that I had heard the previous customer and that the room was filthy. Sorry doesn't cut it!No excuse! Read more
Love Tim's bakery. It takes forever to get enough points for free coffee. Either spend 2$ for coffee or 40$ for lunch for family... you only get 10 points at a time. Not quite fair in my opinion Read more
Update... Wolfy is back and my daughter is happy as can be he made his way home. I stopped with my family and my daughter left... her stuffed wolf on the table. We didn't realize it until an hour down the road. Tried to call the number and it wouldn'tconnect or go through, said it wasn't in service. If anyone see this who works there please post another review so I can get ahold of someone! She is very upset and we wanted to know if it was still there and hope it wasn't thrown out. Thank you. Beautiful Interior, everything seemed good. No complaints. Just disappointed they close the dine in so early at 6pm. For those... of us from out of town, I found it very hard to find places to eat, go to or use the washroom because so many places wereclosed. Read more
The drive thru staff are great. Not only cracked a few eggs for my order, but also cracked a few eggcellent jokes.
