My worst Firehouse experience came today. The staff weren't impolite or rude, just very slow. We ordered at 11:59 A.M. and... didn't have our sandwiches until 12:55 P.M. I was so confused because even at busy locations I've never had to wait more than 15minutes for a sandwich and it wasn't that busy when we came in. Sandwiches tasted good but were cold and never got toasted. I'mnot going to degrade the staff for the lack of speed, but I just cannot justify waiting nearly an hour for a sandwich. This place will be closed soon unless they make some changes. I would have talked with a manager? except there were no managers... on staff. There were two guys working, only one of which was doing anything. There were 5 customers waiting on their sub whenI walked in. I waited 20 minutes, and all 5 of the others were still waiting as well. I asked for a refund as my sub hadn?teven been started yet. They couldn?t figure out how to refund me, and they couldn?t get ahold of a manager to help them. Iended up leaving with no food and no refund. Big changes needed.
