Love this place. The food is always the absolute best. If there is a problem, the staff are happy to fix it. Unfortunately,... the touch screen tablet from Toast, added this fall, has completely destroyed the efficiency and enjoyable customer serviceoffered by the staff. Additionally, the newest sandwich pricing has forced me to not visit as often. Even with my studentdiscount I keep finding myself spending close to $20 for a large sandwich. Read more

Don't leave many negative reviews but our experience at Grand Junction tonight certainly deserves one. Walked in to a totally... empty restaurant at 6:30pm. (that might tell you something right there) 2 employees on their phones only slightly moved when wewalked in - no greeting. Both wandered around like zombies so we walked up the counter and said "We're ready to order" - theonly employee to venture behind the counter pointed to a computer monitor kiosk without saying a word. We had no idea theywere doing this now - could have used a little help. We said we were paying with cash and he rolled his head and motioned us tomove the other end of the counter to order and pay. Again - SORRY to bother you! That was it for us - we apologized fortroubling them with our business - left and wished a couple customers coming the best of luck! SAD because we've really enjoyedGrand Junction subs in the past but we won't be back anytime soon. Read more
Nice menu, but the personalization is lacking. The kisok is the only way to order so the staff doesn't talk to you. I ordered... the Chipotle chicken but it was missing the Chipotle. The offer different size subs which is nice and a variety of fries.Wished the Cajun actually had some heat too. Good location if you know where to find them. Better than Subway, but not bymuch. This was our first time there. I would give at least 4 stars because the food was good, but the service brings down the rating.... They were nice with the first order of the Philly but then I ordered the Barnyard and they visibly got upset and were rudeafterwards and very short. We heard them ask the people after us if they were military or not, but they didn't even ask us. Idon't care so much that we didn't get the discount just that the service was completely night and day with them vs us allbecause I ordered something that's on their own menu. It wasn't like I requested some crazy custom sandwich. So steer clear ofthe Barnyard, or don't because it was a really good sandwich. Read more
