Used to order from here awhile ago and always loved it! Ordered recently and the food was just bland and/or not very well put... together. Idk what it is, the cook or just the managements orders on how food is supposed to be done. Was given complimentaryentree cards after calling to inform them we were not satisfied. Ordered with those and can definitely say I will not beordering again. French Dip, kids cheese pizza, kids spaghetti, bacon Mac, fajitas and bourbon burger is what we ordered withinthose two times. I ordered a clubhouse sandwich. When it came it had one thin slice of ham and one thin slice of turkey. Very disappointing. Pay... $14 for a sandwich that was all bread. Complained to manager and she gave me $5 off. Not satisfied. Probably won’t go back. Read more

Was put at a dirty table, waited for over 10 minutes and no one came to neither clean our table nor bring us water or even... acknowledge that we were even there. While the hostess and another employee were at the check in just chit chatting and we weresitting in the corner right by them. Such a bummer because where I live, there are no more Ground Rounds and it was a childhoodfavorite of mine. Was really looking forward to it. Definitely would NOT recommend. Read more

terrible managment here i feel bad for the servers.myself and 2 friends came here for dinner,ordered steak dinner,salad, mac n... cheese and wings. one of the meals were terrible, steak under cooked ,broccoli still raw and tots warm.server took steak back tore-cook came back still raw wanted medium and plate was dirty a big turn off and gross.the manager said the steak meal would betaking care of since he didnt eat much of his meal.the bill arrives only $5 off his meal .then there debit machines were downcouldnt do debit and trouble taking credit cards and it took us 40min to pay the bill.this place needs new managment, i feel badfor some servers as i saw they were doing a great job but poor management but we wont be returning and not recommending at all. We had a great experience at Ground Round! Accidently, our server spilled a drink on our table, which happened to land on our... son. He immediately apologized, gave us a new table, and gifted my son a free ground round shirt. We teach our kids to go withthe flow and our server did as well. The service was great, the food was good, and the night was memorable. Read more

Busy place. Happy Hour 4-6. 1/2 price appys. Friendly staff, although they could clean up their uniforms a bit.

Burger was kind of small, barely a step above fast food. Frozen party I'm sure. Must be a fry shortage. Server clearly new and... slow, should have had more training. We were not checked up on, had to wait a long time to pay. TVs will hit you in the head ifyou're over 6 foot, lights too. Is this a restaurant for midgets who don't eat much? Read more
