Well when I told them the liter bottles of diet pepsi needed to be pulled toward so customers like me with bad knees and a... frozen shoulder dont have to get on their hands and knees to reach the last ones in the far back she didn't acknowledge a word Iwas saying she wouldn't even look at me shouldn't have to make myself in pain to reach something....oh and this was 6:45 in themorning with not 1 single breakfast item in the warmer. Best Carwash in town, I drive all the way from the north side. Especially love the fact that its touches. Inside the gas station... it has always been clean and organized with very friendly staff. Read more

I had a holiday card for 7 cents off each gallon of gas. It said it could be used at the pump, but did not provide directions.... When I did not get the discount in spite of inserting the card at the pump, I went inside. They did not give me the discount andtold me to pay inside next time. Thete will not be a next time. Avoid this and all Holiday stations in Grand Forks. Scam!!! Car wash over charges $2 every time at the pump. Over 3 months I... asked about.... The attendant just said had a problem with a computer?? If you do by a wash at the pump they don't tell you thewash is closed. I will be turning them into the BBB. They used to have a nice business in the area! Not sure what happened tothem. I never wrote a review before, but these people are criminals by stealing the publics money! Read more
Worst customer service you could even imagine, friend got a flat tire and asked to leave it for 7 hours between 11pm and 6am cuz... it's 20 degrees out and windy and they said no they'd Probly have to tow it. Are you kidding me? It's a gas station and we'renot in the way and your on the end of town? Honestly heartless terrable customer service. Never coming here again and nether areany of the rest of us. Holiday Stations are the only places you can find touch-less car washes! If you?re located in the grand forks area I wouldn?t... fool around with ?the other guys?. I?ve had far to many issues with car washes that aren?t touch-less, ruining paint and trim ona brand new vehicle. Ran through the wash here and canceled my Rydell membership the same day. Read more
