We are generally fans of Jimmy Johns and think that their service is great. That is not the case at all with this particular... location. They were very rude on the phone when telling us that we were out of their delivery zone. We then had someone go in topick up our sandwiches and they weren?t much friendlier in person. They didn?t put the sandwiches in a bag even though therewere multiple sandwiches and drinks to be carried. They also forgot the chips and pickles that were paid for. All in all I wouldnot recommend this location, the other two in town are great! Read more
Love Jimmy John's. They are consistent between locations and always have fresh ingredients. Really enjoy the Frenchies right... now. So quick and easy to grab and go. The little John's are nice if you want variety bit don't want to fill up on one sandwich. Read more
Rude unfriendly staff. They seem bothered that you come in the store and ask for something. They got my sandwich wrong, drove... back to the store, and instead of offering me a new correct one, they grabbed my old sandwich and fixed it. They should have atleast offered me some chips or a drink for my troubles, all I got was what is now a now stale sandwich and an insincere apology.This was my second time trying JJ and it's now the last. We order from JJ quite a bit for fast, reliable delivery. Just placed an order, and order was not right. Although they made one... sandwhich wrong, but charged me the more expensive price, They did get the right amount of sandwhiches so the kids all gotone. They were going to send ONE right back out on a Saturday night.The kid wont starve without the lettuce, pickles andcucumbers, I just appreciated the fact that they were so quick to offer to make it right. I actually didn't think I'd like this place but I actually find it quite Superior to Subway. The food is fast and the staff are... polite. It's a little dim but overall welcoming and clean. You'll definitely like dining here. Location wise there set up forsuccess as there's an ice cream joint and gaming store and coffee shop right next door. And did I mention their food rocks. Ifyou're in the area and haven't tried Jimmy John's I highly recommend you give it a shot today. Read more
