Done with Panera after this one. Party of two, one wanted breakfast, one wanted lunch. Arrived right before turnover. So we... asked if I could still order breakfast, if we wait for start of lunch. They said "yes." When they started lunch a few minuteslater they did not take my breakfast order anymore. So no more business from us then or ever again. Read more
Mason is the sweetest! I planned on paying for my food with a gift card I got and didn?t realize that I didn?t have enough on... it, and I asked him if he could take something off because I forgot my wallet in the car. He said don?t worry about it and tookout his card and paid for the remainder of my meal. Such a sweet kid! Read more
Great place for something different. I like the seasonal menus when they come out. Food is great and the staff is fun. Very... quick service. I wish they'd bring back the zero or low tea drinks. The super charged leomades are nice, but to much sugar. Read more
Placed an online order on this Tuesday morning. Come in when order is supposed to be ready- which included 1 breakfast sandwich... and a smoothie. Walk up to Rapid Pick Up and the one woman at the counter comes back and says my name, to which I say yes. Then she says ?There is only one person back there,? and walks away. That?s it. No apology, no this is about how long it willtake, nothing. Basically, it made me feel like I should be offended I came in to pick up my order. Brutal. Food was excellent as always. I like trying different menu items each time I visit. It was my sister's first time at a Panera.... She had the pizza and LOVED it. She ate the entire thing it was so good. Only thing she mentioned was that the pizza sauce andingredients should have gone all the way to the edge instead of an inch short of it. Read more
40 minutes before close. Completely out of lemonade and green tea. We did a rapid pick up and the place was pretty much empty,... but it was still done after the estimated wait time and when we were asked our name, we weren?t informed they go by last name,so it took about 10 minutes to realize our food was ready. Also not very clean. Staff behind the counter was super nice, nothingagainst them. They just need better training or management. Read more
Panera is a better lunch option than other fast foods. I don?t like that you have to retrieve your own food now. The counter is... about the height of people?s noses. Seems like it might be more efficient if they had a runner or plated it differently to avoidothers from nosing your food. Read more
