By far I didn't expect to rate 5 stars but I gotta give credit where it's due. Me and my best friend were hesitant to order... pizza because of our previous experience in other states but we ordered anyway but I must say we got what we paid for afterordering online I called to store and told them about making sure wings had some extra sauce because we have ordered before andthey were dry and burned and didn't want to go thru that and man did they deliver and Justin was great he quick to bring foodhot ans was very kind. Terrible place to get pizza!!! Everytime I call to get a late night pizza from here, they always call with an excuse as to why... they can't make the pizza, or that they only have one delivery drive, and it will be to long of a wait for us to make thepizza!!! I would give no stars in this review if possible... I ordered delivery from their online ordering and had no problem with the... promptness of the delivery or the food. However, my welcome matt went missing after the delivery. I've had this matt for wellover 10 years and never had a problem with it going missing or getting messed with until this delivery. The delivery drivermentioned, a couple of times, how much he liked the door matt. I said, "thanks", in return and tipped the driver, only to haveit gone missing right after this interaction. Now, is it just coincidence that he had mentioned this, and it just happens to gomissing?.. Hard to believe. So, your welcome Papa John's delivery guy, for the welcome matt. Was going to get a pizza however seems you guys hired out to a call center. And it would be nice if you would hire people who... speak fluent English because I couldn't understand a word the lady was saying. I recommend that you get that problem fixedbecause I don't think I'm the only one that has hung up frustrated and ordered somewhere else. Ordered a Shaq -a-roni did not have extra pepperoni or cheese we called the local store the manager told use the Shaq-a-roni is... just a regular pepperoni pizza . Very disappointed. We will not be ordering from Papa John's again. Read more
Was a good company until covid. Now Papa Johns expects employees to take responsibility they were never trained for. I loved the... job when I wasn't running the franchise for $13 an hour, I'm expected to take on the responsibility of an assistant manager yetI get paid like a scrub. Either cut me in on the assistant general manager bonus for the work I put in or pay me my fair dues,I'm sick of covering for the GM's friends because you refuse to pay your decent employees their fair share.
