This Subway is the worst! Don't order from here. I did an online order, got a confirmation email for 20 minutes to pick up. My... husband proceeded to go get it and they said they didn't get the online order. He showed them the email and they told him it maytake a few minutes to go through. When he came back 15 minutes later, they said they still hadn't got it. The lady waswhispering on her phone in the back and all of the sudden I got a cancellation email. Then she said she would make them, but notfor the 'online' price. What a rip off. She said I would have to cancel the payment with my bank if I wanted a refund. So, I frequent this location A LOT. Kathy, the manager is by far the kindest, sweetest, most profressional person I have ever... met. She?s understaffed, by no fault of her own, but instead of complaining, she?s there everyday. We only will have her makeour sandwiches, no matter how long we have to wait, which is not long ever.
