The food was terrific and serving sizes were about right! If you like Indian cuisine, I recommend highly.

I don't usually give out 2 stars but I think a lot could have been better in this place. I love Indian food and as an Indian, I... think these could be improved to make it a better experience: 1. We ordered two mango lassi's. They were really dark orangewhich I found interesting, as it's not usually quite that dark, leading me to wonder if there might be food coloring added. Butthe taste was a 0/5. It felt like the yogurt in it had curdled or was spoilt! We did not drink these after the initial sips 2.The tandoori chicken was okay. It was "spiced" but none of the usual flavors shined in this dish. Tasted like grilled chicken atbest. 3. The butter chicken, was very sweet. Now, traditionally butter chicken is slightly sweet but this just tasted too"tomato-ey" 4. The chicken Biriyani left us all yearning for more. Biriyani is such a beautiful rice dish, that's very flavorfuland also usually spicy. I found that this was extremely bland and lacking a lot of masala that you usually find layered into therice. Apart from these, we also ordered naan and rasmalai. The the sweet was exactly how it should be, it was wonderful and Igive it 5/5. Hard to mess up naan, they were soft and buttery as expected. Overall, I would not return here. I understand thereare not many Indian establishments around this area, but I wish that it was a more accurate representation of what the foodshould taste like to introduce to locals. Read more

Mango lassi is usually my favorite, but these weren't good and we didn't finish them. The curries were okay. The naan was... pretty good. The biryani had no spicy. The tandoori chicken was pretty good though, very smoky. The service was also quite slowand they never brought the extra water glasses that we requested. I love Indian food but don't think I'll be coming back heresadly. Read more

Almost always order Chicken Tikka Masala when I try a new Indian restaurant, and today was no exception. The Naan and Mango... Lassi were decent, but the CTM was not too good. Chicken was tough and the curry was kind of like a tomato sauce. Hard to tellit was even Indian. Kind of sweet and no heat. Not my favorite place so far in Grand Haven. Read more

Food was okay flavor wise. It was served sort of warm, not hot whatsoever. We were also given paper plates and plastic... silverware even though a large stack of clean dishes was in our line of view. We also had empty glasses of water almost theentire time. Just overall not what we expected for the price. Read more

The egg plant chat was something I had for the first time and it was simply amazing. I highly recommend the egg plant chat. We... also tried the Panneer vindaloo and it tasted really good! The owners were very friendly and I loved the service as they made usfeel welcomed. I would surely visit the restaurant when I?m around in the area again! Read more

First time, was very happy with. The chick pea batter on the chicken pakora was delicious and the chicken was tender. I really... liked the lamb dish you could taste all the spices. I ordered number 2 spice, it had a bit of kick so glad I didn?t do the 3 andthe lose flavor of dish. The butter chicken also had good flavor and the chicken was tender. We had plain naan bread also. Idon?t believe they are doing fine in based on the way the tables were stacked but I may be wrong. I look forward to trying more!Pricing is reasonable although the lamb dish was $18 but I?m sure the meat is more expensive. Read more
