Big swing and a miss, customer service wise. Decided to spend our 5th anniversary in GH and came here for a fun rooftop... experience. The round high top table we were sitting in had a freak phenomenon and the metal lining that wrapped around theentire edge of the table’s screws broke lose and slapped me in the torso. Wasn’t the end of the world they moved us to adifferent table not a huge deal but the servers made the manager aware and I was surprised the manager never apologized or saidanything. We were cool and didn’t make a big deal but at the end of the night I was a little surprised to find out thatnothing on the bill was comped. Happy to pay for what I bought just a little disappointed they didn’t do anything to remedythe fact I was assaulted by one of their tables. To make things worse they pushed the table with open screws poking out againstthe wall and continued to use it even tho it was definitely a safety hazard. Great opportunity to make a customer feel goodafter a weird circumstance and chose to do nothing. Unimpressed by the manager on staff. Servers were good though. Read more
The waitress and manager were rude to us because my wife ordered a drink but had lost her license and had a temporary paper... license . Even though she is of age she was not allowed to order a drink, which is fine, we respected their decision, so shebecame the designated driver for our group but then they kept coming back to our area to watch if she was drinking from mydrink. The manager was rude to my wife about the situation and made us feel ostracized. We felt so unwelcome and harassed weleft without eating and went to eat at Portabellos across the street, they actually have good food and decent service. Nevercoming back to this place. Read more
What a great view to compliment great food and drink! Service is friendly and responsive. Build your own gourmet pizza is A+.... Tasty brews on draft. Sunset view down the Grand River towards Lake Michigan is superb. Read more
Mixed feelings about this place. To start, the table and chairs were wet and it took a good 5 minutes before someone showed up.... Ordered cheesy bread and when we got it, it was barely warm. Although they did take the bread off our bill. The pizzas came andwere hot and tasted OK. Everything took a long time but they did seem understaffed. Read more
The pizzas are good, the drinks are inexpensive. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful, but the servers generally... don't check up on you. I prefer it that way, but some people might not. The only real complaint I have is that the tablesoutside are metal, so in the summer it's unbearably hot to the touch and there is just a ton of glare on your eyes. Read more
Edit: taking away 2 stars for waiting 4 YEARS to reply and my main critique was the slow service ????The pizza selection is... unique and the food was good. However the service was very slow. Waited a long time to be brought our menus and drinks. Ourfood order wasn't taken until the appetizers came out. Of a staff of 5 servers and a bartender looking after the patio, the onlyone working was the bartender while the rest of the staff huddled and socialized in plain sight. Read more
Here’s the bad: The pizza If I was just reviewing the pizza, it would be 2-3 stars. Honestly the best comparison is... Speedway gas station pizza. I still like it, but it isn’t worth the price. Also, my wife and I try a margherita pizzaeverywhere we go and K2’s is probably the worst we’ve had. One more thing, I would recommend to the owners that they investin better audio speakers. Now here’s the good: K2 is legitimately a very cool venue. I absolutely love it. The staff seemedhappy and like they actually enjoyed their jobs which definitely gives a good atmosphere. Overall, while the pizza is subpar,it’s still a fun place to go to, especially with friends. Read more
