The Grand Haven location is hands down the worst Panera I?ve ever been to. I walked in and ordered my food on the electric menu,... no big deal I prefer it that way. I wait for my food and she brings it up and I?m missing the soup in my bread bowl, no big dealit happens. When I go to inform her of the soup she was busy talking with her co-worker, I couldn?t get in a word. When I finaldo get a chance to tell her she says, ?yeah.? Then takes it back and puts the soup in it while continuing her conversation withthe other lady and just set it in front of me. Not a huge deal, I can brush off quite a bit and it?s 8pm I get it. Then when Ifinally get to sit down, on my way to the table the floor is just nasty, covered in food, wrappers, just plain dirty. But not abig deal, my table was clean so whatever. THEN as I?m eating my food I take a bite of my Mac and cheese and in my mouth a find aPIECE OF PLASTIC. Ordered the Asian Chicken salad. No chicken, sad lettuce. Very little cilantro. The noodles and dressing was the only decent... part of the salad. Plus I waited a long time at the window after paying. I understand the wait but not the quality. Verydisappointed! Read more
Stopped at the store in Grand Haven, Michigan. Yuck. Food was consistent with other paneras but the facility was filthy.... Ordered two BBQ Chicken Salad. The Chicken was tender but for $10.00 the lettuce wasn't enough. Flavor profile is enjoyable but... dressing is lack luster. What is up with the torn pieces of baguette thrown in the bag!? Why would you put it in a paper bagwith Salad Bowls and plastic Silverware that have been handled by multiple people?!? A bit disappointed. I placed an order hours in advance to ensure that the bakery items we wanted would be in stock, and they... typically are. However, today that did not happen. I got zero notification that the items I wanted were unavailable. Only foundout a few minutes before the food was to be ready, when I looked at the app. I ordered well in advance to be sure the food willbe ready when needed and it still ran a little bit late as well. They also typically text me when the food is ready and that didnot happen today. I got an email only. I definitely requested a text. Read more
Very slow service this morning, with very few customers. Mocha was served cool, after whipped cream had dissolved. Asked for... toasted bagel to get toasted a second time, and was still cold. Forgot to serve the pastry we ordered. Coffee and a bagel almosttook 10 minutes. Food was mediocre after bailing and taking it home for a proper toasting. Read more
