It's a Starbucks, you know what to expect. REVISED OCT 2022: Too many drink mistakes for me to go back. Latest situation was... when I stopped into the cafe when it was a busy Saturday. I get that it's busy, that's not the issue. I can be very patient, Iam not in a hurry. The problem is that staff are not trained to be consistent with drink orders. My drink for inside the cafewas placed in the mobile orders corral. I didn't hear the staff say my name, though some of the staff did say names when theyplaced drinks for pickup. Others didn't, which makes it difficult for anyone to know what is what. My name was not called. Inoticed a drink I thought might be mine, but before I go to it, three customers grabbed it, each from the top of the lid. Theyeach spun it around to see whose name was on it. I finally went over and saw it was mine. But no employee had called my name (itwas marked for in-store, not mobile but had been placed in mobile pickup corral). I'm not taking a drink that's been handled byseveral people from the top of the lid where I am supposed to drink from it. This situation is easily solved: train employeesto call out names on drinks AND place drink labels out. It's not hard, nor would it take more time. Dear Starbucks: Speed isn'tthe most important thing. Accuracy and customer satisfaction are. I walked out and left my drink on the counter. I won't beback. After 5-6 drink mistakes, this is the last chance that store gets. I honestly think I am done with Starbucks. Mostly, thestores are concerned with SPEED SPEED SPEED. Not customer satisfaction. I also can't stomach the disgusting dirtiness of almostevery Starbucks dining area. A few weeks ago I was in a Starbucks cafe working for a while on my laptop, and I was nearby wherethe staff was being trained. Stopped in this morning after work ordered an iced coffee with 4 pumps white mocha, sweet cream, classic and no ice. Got to the... window and asked if they hadn't made it yet if i could actually get it without the classic. They informed me they had alreadymade it, but would be more than happy to remake it. I insisted that it was fine Id just have the one that was made. But theyinsisted on remaking it and went ahead and did it anyways. I had never had this coffee and was trying something new. They endedup giving me both to see which one i liked better. They seriously made my whole day, amazing customer service. Definitely willbe going back soon!!! Read more

This one has been great. We come from Washington. So there is one on almost every corner. So we were happy to see. Starbucks in... Grand Haven. They have always gotten our order correct. And the girl doing our order is so nice. The guys making it. Not sonice. Little snobby. ???? Read more
