The soft shell tacos were so small, maybe the diameter of a penny the tacos shell wrapped 3 times around one pinky width of meat... sprinkled with cheese and lettuce, such a disappointment I have pictures of how small they were. I used to order a number 2 3tacos and be full a while, now I could eat 15 of these and still be hungry.. portion size in grand haven is horrible. They won'tfill your child up so I suggest ordering something else. Read more

Ordered online for pickup. Waited 10 minutes in the store after waiting 15 minutes before leaving, my son's cinnamon twists were... missing. Drove back to the store, waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I was able to even flag anyone down, got back homeand had tomato's on my order when I said no tomato. I truly hope the Taco Bell overlords value the crew they have working during the lunch shift. Every time I come here (once a... week), They are consistently fast, friendly, and efficient. That drive thru line may look long, but dang it moves quick. Livingin Grand Rapids, home of the infamous MI St TB, this is a blessing. A Diamond in the Taco Bell rough. I don?t like to mentionemployees by name in reviews, but Felicia is a gem and should be treasured and compensated beyond measure. She deserves 8 weeksof paid vacation. No joke.
